How to set Oracle SQL*PLUS character set

PROBLEM:
When opening your SQL*PLUS you see unrecognized characters, something like this:

SOLUTION:
To change SQL*PLUS language to english:
1. Close SQL*PLUS
2. Search "NLS_LANG" in the registry
3. Change the value to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252
4. Open again SQL*PLUS to see changes
